Dear EGP Member Parties,
In Spring 2022, the EGP has launched a fresh and updated version of the Green Campaign Handbook. Some of you might remember the old version - it has been a popular tool used by Green parties, local groups, and campaigners to learn from each other and improve our campaigns. Big thanks to everyone who contributed to the old Handbook! 💚
The updated Green Campaign Handbook consistof chapters on campaign strategy, mobilising, organising, communications, and practicalities that are tailor-made for you. It's a toolbox with valuable lessons from recent Green campaigns - on local, national and European levels - that you can use and share with your party. Watch this short video about the Handbook.
We are now looking for contributions from EGP Member Parties to the Handbook! Does your party have interesting experiences with door-to-door campaigning? Analysing and using data? Organising small or big events? Getting press attention? If you have any lessons to share, we're all ears! 💬
This is how it works: pitch your idea to the Green Campaign Handbook team by writing a simple e-mail to handbook@europeangreens.eu. You don't need to elaborate on your idea too much - it's enough if you just say who you are and what campaign experiences, insights or lessons you would like to share. We'll then follow up with you. Just to give you an idea: the contributions can take different shapes (text, video, audio, step-by-step guide, etc). The Handbook team will support you in the process.
Questions? Drop us a line at handbook@europeangreens.eu!
Let's win, together! 💪
